Give to Academy High
As an independent, non-profit school, Academy High relies on tuition and donations to carry out its mission and vision. No matter the size of your gift, each serves as a powerful statement of your belief in Academy High.
There are three distinct ways to support our school.
If you would like to make a donation in person, through direct transfer, or via snail mail please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Academy High is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations to the Annual Fund and "Rising Higher" can be deducted from federal and state income taxes, whereas donations to Empower Illinois result in an Illinois state income tax credit.
The Annual Fund
Goals: $40,000 Annually, 100% Current Family Participation
The Annual Fund bridges the gap between tuition revenue and the true cost of an independent school education.
Every donation to the Annual Fund supports students through the purchase of curriculum materials and supplies, funding our Indexed Tuition program, paying our excellent faculty member's salaries, as well as covering operations costs for our facility.
No gift is too small!
"Reaching Higher" Capital Campaign
Goal: $2,200,000 by 2026
"Reaching Higher" is a four year effort to raise funds to pay for the purchase and renovation of our new facility at 2001 Fox Drive.
More than funding the bricks and mortar of the building, all funds raised will allow us to deepen our commitment to collaborative spaces, state-of-the-art classrooms, and other features that enrich student learning.
100% of our faculty and staff have committed to donating to this fund!
Empower Illinois Tax Credit Scholarship Program
Goal: $200,000 Annually to Support Indexed Tuition
Illinois enacted the Invest In Kids Scholarship Tax Credit Program in 2017. This program provides funding for students whose families meet income requirements and attend qualified, non-public schools in Illinois, such as Academy High.
Donors to this program are able to multiply their donations by four as part of the 75% state income tax credit incentive (donors are returned $3 for every $4 donated on their state income taxes).
